The symposium of the subsection “Clinical Psychology” of the German Society of Psychology (GSP) is the most important event for research-oriented clinical psychology in the German-speaking region. The majority of the professors in this field as well as many psychologists that work in the area of psychotherapy and psychotherapy research are members of this association.
Every year, a Klaus-Grawe-Lunch-Lecture is donated. This is a lecture given by a renowned international speaker, which is active in extraordinary, innovative research in the field of prevention and/or development and treatment of mental disorders in children and adults.
Prof. Dr. David Clark, King's College, London was invited to presented the Klaus-Grawe-Lunch-Lecture 2011 at the 7th WorkshopConference, symposium of the subsection “Clinical Psychology” of the Society of Psychology (GSP) in Berlin, Germany. The topic of his lecture was: "Improving Access to Psychological Therapies for Anxiety Disorders and Depression: Science, Policy and Economics".
