Funded by the US National Institute of Child Health & Development (NICHD)

The ideas developed at the Think Tank-Meeting culminated in a proposal for research, entitled “Behavioral and genomic mechanisms linking childhood violence exposure to health.”  They have just learned that this project will be funded by the US National Institute of Child Health & Development (NICHD).  The funding brings $3.75million to Duke University and King’s College London, and will be carried out in their UK Environmental-Risk Twin Study.
